Good Movement Collective

Welcome to

The Good Movement Collective

a 6-month virtual group coaching program for
emotionally tapped rural women who are ready to clearly and confidently communicate so they can eliminate overwhelm and experience joy in their relationships.

The Collective is more than a coaching program.

It’s a supportive community of rural women (like you), who’ve started down the road of self-awareness, coming together to grow relationally through deepened awareness, understanding, and effective communication.

They’re stepping out of self-told lies with grace and compassion to draw good movement in conversations, relationships, and life in rural America, led by an experienced coach who understands the unique challenges rural women face in their relationships.

If you find yourself:

Emotionally Tapped

trying to navigate the highs and lows of marriage, family dynamics, and/or friendships in rural America,

Struggling

with loneliness, lack of socialization, or finding your people,

Overwhelmed

by the constant challenges of communicating and expressing yourself effectively,

Longing

for more joy and true connection . . .

Then the Collective is for you!

“T created a safe space that feels like friends chatting.”

I really like small groups. I’m always open to try new things, and listen to speakers, but T created a safe space that feels like friends chatting. Also, learning more about WHY I do the things I do, and WHY I see the world the way I do has been so impactful and helpful in navigating communications with others.

What is included

Good Movement Framework

  • Brain Design + Development
  • Motives vs. Behaviors
  • Default emotions

Self-Awareness

The first step to Good Movement is self-awareness. It always starts with us.

Inside the Collective, we get really aware of our feelings, energy, behaviors and the why behind all of that because it’s the why that matters. So, we start back at the beginning learning how our brains are designed and how they develop. We use the Enneagram to dive into the difference between motivations and behaviors, our default emotions, and centers of intelligence.

You’ll learn to look for the why behind your behaviors, how to recognize and process your default emotions without shoving them down or letting them control you, and how to balance your centers of intelligence so you can equally think, feel, and do.

Social Awareness

The second step to Good Movement is social awareness or reading and really understanding others.

Each step in the framework builds on the one before. Step 2 builds on brain science and behaviors in Step 1, using the Enneagram to show that there is not one way, but nine different ways of viewing the world.

You’ll learn how to pick up what others are laying down, recognize and validate what others are feeling, and use curiosity to move forward from a place of knowledge rather than assumption.

  • They Don’t see like you do
  • validation
  • Curiosity
  • show up + pay attention
  • Tell the truth
  • Don’t get attached to the results

Communication

The final step is putting it all together with communication.

We unpack the principles of showing up, paying attention, telling the truth, and not getting attached to the results. You’ll learn how to put everything together so you can communicate in an effective, low-stress manner in which everyone moves forward, even if you aren’t all in complete agreement.

Hey – it’s me – T!

Having lived in rural America my whole life, I understand the unique dynamics rural living brings to relationships. And I’ve found that the stockmanship principle of good movement applies not only to our interactions with our livestock but also to interactions with our fellow humans.

Good movement starts with us, and taking a holistic approach, focusing not only on improving communication skills but also on nurturing emotional and mental well-being, that’s when the real good stuff happens.

Whether you’re navigating the highs and lows of marriage, family dynamics, or friendships in rural America, my goal is to help you express yourself authentically and understand others with compassion.

So, here’s to embracing vulnerability, fostering understanding, and experiencing joy in relationships.

Here’s to drawing good movement!

The Good Movement Collective is for rural women who are feeling emotionally tapped and struggling to navigate the complexities of communication in their relationships. It’s for women who find themselves overwhelmed by the relational challenges of living rurally, working closely with family or in-laws, and distant from the joy and genuine connection they’re longing for in life and relationships.

The Good Movement Collective is for women who want a holistic approach to personal growth, focusing not only on improving communication skills but also on nurturing emotional and mental well-being and fostering genuine connections. It’s for women who are ready to break free from the status quo and generational cycles.

The sole focus of the Collective is not the Enneagram, however we will be referring to it and using the tool to help deepen both self and social awareness. While knowing your type is not a requirement to join the Collective, it is helpful to know, especially as we move through the framework.

Reading the book The Road Back to You is a way to determine your type. There will also be the opportunity for an Intro to the Enneagram workshop, where I (T) help guide you to your type at no additional cost to you.

While group therapy is typically led by a licensed therapist and focuses on processing deep emotional or mental health issues, the Good Movement Collective is a growth-focused community aimed at improving communication, relationships, and self-awareness in rural life. It’s a collective experience where you gain practical tools, shared insights, and personal support, all while fostering emotional clarity and connection. It’s about thriving in your relationships, with the guidance and camaraderie of like-minded women.

Because this collective is a safe space for vulnerability and growth, calls will not be recorded. If you miss a live call and would like support from the community or personalized coaching, drop in the Slack Channel and we’ll be there for you.
