I’m a guide, podcast host, and rancher who believes that good movement draws good movement – whether we’re working with cattle or working on ourselves.

I created The Draw as a place for people like you – people who ready to dive into inner work but aren’t quite ready for 1:1 guidance or group work yet.

I’ve lived the push-through life. I know what it costs. And I also know that healing doesn’t have to be loud or fast. It just has to start.

Just like in low-stress livestock handling, there’s wisdom in the draw. In this space, you’ll learn how to respond instead of react, how to sort what’s yours and what’s not, and how to make good movement – starting on the inside.
