Our bodies and nervous systems are really cool in Our bodies and nervous systems are really cool in that they keep us plugging away through trauma and trying times.

What can feel confusing though is what we start to feel once the threat has passed, once there’s some safety. I’m talking about my own experience on the cast-pod today.

PS - if you’re feeling the effects of these fires or other life events and know you need to talk to someone but aren’t sure where to start, my DMs are open and I can help you find someone.
