For the one who grew up where love felt conditiona For the one who grew up where love felt conditional — here’s your prompt to reparent that younger version of you.

Say it. Hug yourself. Let your body feel the truth your younger self always needed.

And if you’re ready to go deeper — to learn how to process emotions, reconnect with yourself and the ones you love, and stop carrying the weight of “having to be perfect” — that’s what my 1:1 Good Movement Guidance is for.

Six months. Safe space. Tools that stick. And someone who understands rural life sitting right there with you. Link in bio to learn more.

Sometimes when you stop resisting and trying to ch Sometimes when you stop resisting and trying to change what you’ve got and start offering acceptance and start learning from what you’ve got, that’s when you see the most beautiful transformation.

PS – the above is not limited to stock dogs.
There’s no such thing as a negative emotion. We There’s no such thing as a negative emotion.

We slap that label on feelings like anger, grief, or jealousy because they’re uncomfortable — but discomfort doesn’t make them bad.

Every emotion has a purpose. It’s your body and mind giving you information.

Anger might be pointing out a crossed boundary.

Grief might be showing you the depth of your love.

Even jealousy can reveal what you desire.

It’s not the feeling that causes harm — it’s what we do (or don’t do) with it that can hurt or heal.

When we stop shoving “bad” emotions down and start listening to them, we can respond with intention instead of reacting out of habit.

If you’re ready to stop shoving and start actually feeling, my 1:1 Good Movement Guidance offers a safe place to do just that. Shoot me a DM to learn more.
I used to think I had to just “power through”. I used to think I had to just “power through”.

I told myself:
➡ Other people have it worse.
➡ I should be able to handle this.
➡ It’s not that bad.

Then life hit me with loss and grief I couldn’t shove down or power through.
That pain propelled me into the inner work I’d been putting off for most of my entire life.

Then, when I learned I’d grown a cancer, I wasn’t crumbling — I was the best mentally and emotionally I’d ever been.

Because I’d been getting around my “fences” regularly, they were in good shape for withstanding the storm.

You don’t have to wait for bad enough to start doing the work.

You can start now, when things feel mostly steady — and give yourself the capacity to weather whatever comes next.

If you’re ready to stop waiting for “bad enough,” shoot me a DM and let’s talk about what support could look like for you.
