You give up power when you “power through.” T You give up power when you “power through.”

True, sustainable strength comes from slowing down and tuning in.

Not sure how to do that? Shoot me a DM and let’s talk about it.
Some say, “When life gives you sh*t, make fertil Some say, “When life gives you sh*t, make fertilizer.”

And I get it. I’ve even got the shirt.

But here’s the thing—raw manure isn’t all that help without a little composting.

You’ve gotta sit with it. Turn it. Help it break down.

Same goes for the hard stuff in life.
Can’t skip straight to growth without naming what stinks.

Trust me. I tried.

I spent most of my whole life trying to ignore what was hard and skip it entirely, and all that got me was strained relationships and gut problems.

It wasn’t until I started actually acknowledging that what I had was in fact sh*t, that I could turn it into fertilizer.

So, if life’s given you some sh*t and you’re ready for someone to sit with you while you sit with it, comment “fertilizer” to learn more about how my 1:1 guidance can help.

literally, living the dream.
“Put your head down and power through.” But I “Put your head down and power through.”

But I finally stopped long enough to hear what my body had been trying to tell me for years.

Turns out, pushing through isn’t always strength.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is slow down and listen.
