Tears filled my eyes when I read those words in a Tears filled my eyes when I read those words in a recent email from a past Collective member. I was literally this 😭 emoji.

Each round I am literally in awe of what the women inside the Collective are doing – the ways they are coming home to themselves, healing generations deep wounds, listening to their bodies, and communicating in ways they never have before.

The Collective is open now for the fourth time, and I would love to meet you there.

Ozzy says “maybe” ahead of it’s not too late Ozzy says “maybe” ahead of it’s not too late, but I believe it is NOT too late to learn how to love and forget how to hate.

And the best, and simultaneously the hardest, news is we can learn how to love with ourselves—healing those mental (and emotional) wounds.

Shoot me a DM if you’re not sure where to start or what that even looks like.
Most of us are in a hurry to skip straight to the Most of us are in a hurry to skip straight to the “fertilizer” part. To turn a crappy situation into something good — fast.

But here’s the thing…
Raw manure can burn plants.
Unprocessed pain can burn us, too.

You can’t grow from what you won’t name.
You can’t compost what you won’t acknowledge.

The first ingredient in growth is honest recognition of what’s really there — and giving it the time and attention it needs to break down.

It’s not about wallowing.
It’s about creating the space for crap to become capacity.

Boundaries don’t stop people from feeling things Boundaries don’t stop people from feeling things — they keep you from carrying what isn’t yours.

You can acknowledge someone’s anger, sadness, or disappointment without making it your job to fix it.

Ready to set boundaries with confidence? That’s the kind of work we do inside my 1:1 Good Movement Guidance. (Link in bio)
