We’re all out here doing the best we can with wh We’re all out here doing the best we can with what we have and what we’ve been taught. AND we’re also carrying a lot we were never meant to carry alone if at all.

If any of these slides hit for you, you are not alone.
And you don’t have to sort through it by yourself.
My DMs are always open.
Nature doesn’t apologize for its dormant season. Nature doesn’t apologize for its dormant season.
It trusts the rhythm.
Maybe it’s time we trusted ours, too.
I’ve always loved the change in seasons — the I’ve always loved the change in seasons — the way the Hills trade green for gold, gold for white, and back to green again, and the way the pastures produce then rest.

I’ve always appreciated those changes out there, but haven’t always let myself change seasons.

I’d watch nature slow for winter while I kept pushing. I didn’t know how to let myself rest without feeling like I was falling behind.

But as I’ve healed — as I’ve learned to actually feel my feelings instead of shoving them down — I’ve started to notice my own seasons.

When my body needs to rest.
When my energy needs conserving.
When my mind needs the quiet.

Nature has always known this. But me and a lot of other humans – not so much.

But what would it look like to collectively honor the pace our bodies and souls are actually in — not the one the world expects of us?
For a long time I thought setting boundaries was h For a long time I thought setting boundaries was harsh, so I didn’t set them.

I said yes to things my body was clearly saying no to. I took on others emotions as if they were my own. And I did it all in the name of trying to maintain the relationship.

But here’s what I’ve learned about boundaries – they help us maintain relationships without losing ourselves. Boundaries are an act of kindness to ourselves and others. They help us show up to relationships refreshed rather than resentful.

Boundaries aren’t punishment.
They’re stewardship.
