I’m so tired of seeing all the memes and reels flo I’m so tired of seeing all the memes and reels floating around the internet joking about (and normalizing) the criticism and abusive behavior that happens working with family on farms and ranches. 

Frankly, I don’t find them a little bit funny. 

And before I hear, “if we don’t laugh, we’ll cry,” maybe crying is exactly what needs to happen.
