For a long time, I thought calm meant never showin For a long time, I thought calm meant never showing emotion. I thought stoicism was strong. But what looked like calm from the outside was really my nervous system hitting the skids.

Real calm isn’t about “holding it together” – it’s about staying connected to yourself and your people.

Calm feels. Numb avoids.
